In this workshop, children learn about how light behaves and why we have rainbows. They then have fun making their own rainbows using prisms. They also learn what density is and how materials have different densities by making a rainbow in a bottle. 

The session starts at 13:30 and lasts for one hour. This workshop is for children with autism aged 5 years and above. It costs £5 + VAT. Advance payment and booking is required to secure a place. We do require a parent or guardian to stay with attending children for all of our sessions. One £6.00 (£5.00 + VAT) ticket entitles 1 CHILD and 1 ADULT to attend a Science Zone Workshop. Please note there is an additional charge of £2.00 for any extra non participating children and/or adults
